✦ By commissioning me you automatically agree to these terms of service.
✦ Payment must always be upfront, meaning I will not start the commission unless I get paid first.
✦ For trusted regulars exceptions for half payment before & half payment when art is finished can be discussed and approved.
✦ No refunds are available once art has been started.

✦ Please consider that I work on multiple pieces at once not just emotes but full artworks. I will work on your piece as soon as I can and will provide consistent updates.
✦ I work on a Mon-Fri based schedule.
✦ Estimated time 2 weeks.

You will get snippets for each stage of the drawing (base idea, clean sketch, base color, rendering, final product.) I will accept major changes only in the base idea stage, I can make MINOR changes during the clean sketch stage. Anything after that is subject to an extra cost unless it is my mistake.USE
✦ My works MAY NOT be turned into NFTs and/or fed to AI.
✦ Don't claim the illustration as yours. Give credit where it is due thank you.
✦ Don't trace, copy or sell my works (unless proper commercial use has been purchased).
✦ I have the right to post the final art on any social media. This includes using your commission for a portfolio/display/recording of the process.COMMUNICATION
